• Payment must be made on the day my services are carried out by cash or bank transfer.
• Please be aware, a cancellation fee of £25 per dog will apply if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice given.
• Once we have both agreed a date and time for your appointment, a deposit may be required to secure your first appointment.
• I require a signature from all my clients for each dog’s record card and this ensures you have given me your consent and are happy for me to use my services on your pet.
• Please ensure your dogs are vaccinated and flea and wormed prior to them being groomed. If your dog is found to have fleas, then an additional charge will be applied to cover my time and costs to de-flea my salon before I can groom any other pets.
• Individual dog grooms usually take between one and two hours, but this is always dependant on breed, coat condition and temperament. Please be aware, extra charges may be applied for difficult or aggressive dogs which take more time than expected to groom.
• All client information held by me will be kept confidential.
